Thing-A-Day #27: Bizarre Fabric Design
So today I decided to take another crack at making a repeating pattern using Photoshop. I used their tool for this purpose that can be found under Filter->Other->Offset. I'm no expert, but as far as I can tell it only seems to work properly on images that are already flattened. The images I used are hand-carved stamps that I had made long ago. The dinosaur was just carved directly out of an eraser stamped with that picture, but the other two are original. These digital images were hanging out on my computer and vaguely looked the same style. That was probably all they had in common, but if you can come up with some story that links dinosaurs, bell jar traps and superstar people, I want to hear it!
